Companies, schools and training groups that want structured speaking practice at scale. An admin sets the team up, people join with their own logins, and the admin assigns practice, reviews sessions and pays one bill. How do people join? You invite them by email from your roster. They open the link, sign in or create an account, and they are in. Everyone keeps their own login and can practise on the web or in the Speakeroo app. Can admins see member sessions? Yes. Admins can see members’ sessions, recordings, transcripts and practice insights so they can review practice and publish feedback. Members are told this before they join. How does billing work? One seat per person on your roster each month, you included, with a minimum of 2. Seats follow the roster as people join and leave, and the first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. What happens to a personal Plus subscription? If someone paid for Plus before joining, their Plus billing is paused while they are in your class or team, so nobody pays twice. It resumes if they leave. How do recording minutes work? Every seat carries a monthly pool of recording minutes. Minutes are spent as recordings finish, rounded up to the whole minute, and the admin sees each member’s usage. ## Bring speaking practice to your team No sales call.
